NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 38 OF PROPOSAL FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER GRANTING PLANNING PERMISSION. Order reference number: LDO/2018/0001 Proposed development at: Dorset Innovation Park, Winfrith Newburgh, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 8ZB. Notice is given that Purbeck District Council proposes to make a Local Development Order granting planning permission for the development of the Dorset Innovation Park for uses including B1-business, B2-general industrial, B8-storage or distribution and ancillary D1-non-residential institutions, D2-assembly/leisure and A3-restaurants/cafes uses subject to conditions. A copy of the draft order and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the order are available for inspection online on the Council's website at www.planningsearch.purbeck-dc. gov.uk/PlanAppSrch.aspx or by visiting the Council's offices, at Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP. The offices are open Monday to Thursday, between 8:45am and 4:45pm and 4:15pm on Fridays.
