SECTION 123: DISPOSAL OF LAND BY PRINCIPAL COUNCILS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton Intends to grant a lease of the kiosk comprising 13 square metres located within the pavilion at South Park Gardens, Dudley Road SW19 8PN which forms part of an open space, for a term of 5 years to allow the property to be used for the purpose of a refreshment kiosk in accordance with planning permission 13/P2246.

Plans identifying the property may be inspected during normal office hours at the reception desk of the London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden SM4 5DX. Alternatively, they can be viewed on the Council's website: www.merton.gov.uk/spgkiosk.
