Notice Is Given That Mr Burton Ltd Has applied to the London Borough of Lewisham for a variation of premises licence in respect of: STOCKTON BAR, 2 DEPTFORD HIGH STREET, LONDON SE8 4AF - REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS: 1 of Annex 3 which forbids admission after 00:00. 3 of annex 3 - a sound limiter to be installed. 3 of annex 2 in order to allow consumption of alcohol within the area covered by a forecourt licence. Addition of off-sales of alcohol. An extension of alcohol sales. SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL: FRIDAY - SATURDAY 02:00 -03:00. RECORDED MUSIC: MONDAY - THURSDAY: 01:00 - 01:30, FRIDAY - SATURDAY: 02:00 - 03:30 SEASONAL VARIATION: until 03:30 any day preceding a bank holiday). The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
