LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. ***) Order 2018. The Bromley (Controlled Parking) (On Street Places) Order 2004 (Amendment No. **) Order 2018. The Bromley (Loading Places) Order 2009 (Amendment No. **) Order 2018. (Kingsway, West Wickham)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The affect of the Orders would be to:-
(e) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(b) introduce Pay by Phone parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(c) introduce a Loading bay as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders.
A copy of the proposed orders, of the plans of the schemes and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Executive Director of Environment and Community Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/664 not later than 12* September 2018.
Persons objecting to the proposed orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

KINGSWAY, West Wickham, the south west side, from a point 4m north west of the common boundary of Nos. 28 & 30 north westwards to a point 1 m north west of the party wall of Nos. 16 & 18.
PAY BY PHONE PARKING PLACES
Pay by Phone parking between 8.30am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. 60p per hour - 3 hour maximum stay. Maximum charge £1.80:-
KINGSWAY, West Wickham, the south west side, from a point 3m north west of the party wall of Nos. 4 & 6 south eastwards to a point 1 m north west of the party wall of Nos. 16 & 18 (5 parking spaces).
LOADING BAY
Loading/Unloading Only between 8.30am and 0.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays Inclusive.
Maximum stay 20 minutes. No return within 1 hour - Any Vehicle:-
KINGSWAY, West Wickham, the north east side, from a point 1 m south east of the party wall of Nos. 1 & 2 Coney Hall Parade south eastwards for a distance of 15m.

BURNHILL ROAD, Beckenham, (a) the north side, from a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 1 & 2 eastwards to the south western kerbline of Kelsey Park Road; (b) the south side, from the western flank wall of No. 1 eastwards to the south western kerbline of Kelsey Park Road.
FAIRFIELD ROAD, Beckenham, both sides, from the northern kerbline of Burnhill Road northwards to the party wall of Nos. 8 & 10.
SHARED USE PARKING PLACES
Pay by Phone parking between 8.30am and 8pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive, except Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. 80p per hour - 2 hours maximum stay. Permit holders may park during the permitted hours with no additional charges
BURNHILL ROAD, Beckenham, the north side, (i) from a point 4m east of the eastern kerbline of Fairfield Road eastwards for a distance of 12m (2 parking spaces); (ii) from a point 4m west of the western kerbline of Fairfield Road westwards for a distance of 23m (4 parking spaces).
