NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Conference Square, EH3 8AN on Tuesday 18 August 2015 at 11.15 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 100 and 101 of the Act. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a creditor of the company.
