NOTICE is hereby given that I SIMON DELFINIS

Applied on AUGUST 8th 2018 for the Variation of a Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as:

CORNER LOUNGE, 2 HIGHER ROAD, URMSTON, MANCHESTER, M41 9BQ

under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide:

'Sale of alcohol on the premises/ 'sale of alcohol off the premises/ 'provision of regulated entertainment/ 'provision of facilities for regulated entertainment/ 'provision of late night refreshment

THE PROPOSED VARIATION IS TO INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF THE PAVEMENT AREA IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE PREMISES AS PER THE PAVEMENT LICENCE PREVIOUSLY GRANTED FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOL AND FOOD

during the intended hours ot 11:00 HRSTO 00:00 HRS

not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made.

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
