Premises Licence Application

Bunce Restaurants Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of Wiltshire Council for a new premises licence for 100 High Street, Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1HD.

Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this notice.

A copy of the application is held at the above Wiltshire Council address. The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
