NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990,
SECTION 257
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DURHAM (UNRECORDED FOOTPATHS AT GIBSIDE,
CHESTER-LE-STREET) PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP ORDER 2018
The above order was made on 17th August 2018. The effect of the order will be to stop up the unrecorded Footpaths at Gibside, Chester-le-Street from a point on Gibside, proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction to two points on Auckland, to be replaced with an adopted path, as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Chester-le-Street library and the Council's Offices at County Hall, Durham during normal opening hours and via the Council website. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at the price of £1.15.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Loraine Holding, Legal Assistant, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL, no later than 20th September 2018. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections to the Order are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, The County Council of Durham may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
