WEST LAWN COMMON, PETERCHURCH

Bella Bathurst has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on West Lawn Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the

Secretary of State.

The proposed works are the re-grading and re-surfacing of an existing track for a length of 276 metres. The first steeper part of 41 metres in length will comprise two 600mm

wide concrete strips with topsoil seeded with

grass between and the remaining 235 metres

will be a resurfaced hardcore track.

The works form part of the track leading to West

Lawn Cottage after Common Bach Road (U 75229) running east/west at the northern end of

West Lawn Common.

at Dorstone's Front Room, The Village Shop, Dorstone, Herefordshire, HR3 6AN between 09:00 and 13:00 Monday to Friday until twenty fourth day of September 2018.
