APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE CONSENT

An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a Discharge of Sewage Effluent into a Waterway via an Underground Stratum arising from Holiday Cabins situated at Site 180m NE of 535 Boa Island Road, Mullans, Kesh, County Fermanagh, BT93 8AB.
