Notice of application for a new Premises Licence I Mekselina Akarsu applicant of Pizza Village (LTD), 85 High Street, BL3 1NA have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises is late night refreshments (sale of hot food) during the hours 15:00PM to 00:00AM Sunday to Thursday and hours 15:00PM to 02:00AM on Fridays and Saturdays. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 17/08/2018. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 14/09/2018. All representations must be made in writing.It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
