Notice is hereby given that The Individual Wood Fired Pizza Company Limited have made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence held in respect of the premises known as: Trattoria Il Forno, 85 Town Street, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5BP. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption at the restaurant premises by customers with a table meal and a sale of alcohol to accompany order of food to take away, as well as late night refreshments. I propose to vary the terms of the existing licence as follows: To increase the hours for sale by retail of alcohol and add late night refreshments, as well as increase the days for the sale of alcohol to include Mondays. As a result the operating hours will be increased to Monday-Sunday and the opening hours will be increased by an hour from 23.00-24.00. Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 13/09/2018 which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
