Notice is hereby given that Smoke Limited have applied to Cheshire East Council for a new premises licence at 44 Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AP for the sale of alcohol between the hours of 08:00 - 24:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 - 01:00 Thursday to Saturday, for consumption both off and on the premises, the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 - 01:00 Thursday to Saturday and the provision of recorded music between the hours of 08:00 - 24:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 08:00 - 01:00 Thursday to Saturday. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 13/09/2018 to: The Licensing Section, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ, or by email to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk . The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Borough Council at the address above by prior appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
