Notice is hereby given that We Tylda Limited have made an application on 13th August 2018 to Warrington Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at The Palmyra, 3 Springfield Street, Warrington, WA1 1BB. The application is to amend the plan to show an extension to the current outside seating area to allow on sales of alcohol to be consumed there. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 10th September 2018 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
