(SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposal for Planning Permission for the erection of residential development (private rented) with associated access roads, landscaping / open space and other required infrastructure at a site off Castlebank Street, Glasgow Harbour, Glasgow G11.

You are invited to a staffed public exhibition, regarding the above, which will take place on Thursday 30th August, 2018 (11am to 7pm) in Partick Library, 305 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow.

Further information may be obtained from McInally Associates Ltd, 16 Robertson Street, Glasgow G2 8DS. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Thursday 20th September, 2018 to McInally Associates Ltd, 16 Robertson Street, Glasgow G2 8DS.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
