NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or having an interest in the Estate of Mabel Lisa Levy late of 52 Torrington Drive, Thingwall, Wirral CH61 7UY who died on the 28th April 2018 and whose will was proved at the Liverpool Probate Registry on the 3rd day of July 2018 by Richard Wynne Davies the Executor named in the said will are/is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 16th day of October 2018 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
