PROPOSED RELOCATION OF PARKING PROVISION, NEW PARKING PROVISION AND NEW WAITING RESTRICTIONS -FENMAN COURT, LANSDOWNE ROAD, NORTHUMBERLAND PARK, SHELBOURNE ROAD AND WILLOUGHBY ROAD N17

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harlngey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and amend footway parking provision under the GLC General Powers Act 1974.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) relocate some existing parking places from being located fully on the carriageway to being located halfway on the carriageway and halfway on the footway. Some of the parking places may be either split or shortened in order for them to be able to be relocated in this way and double yellow line waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' be would introduced in the gaps, in the following locations:-
Lansdowne Road: outside Nos. 102 to 106;
Northumberland Park: outside Burleigh Court, outside Nos. 65 to 69, outside Nos. 73 to 91, outside Nos. 115 to 125, outside Nos.127 to 129, outside Park Court, adjacent to Nos. 3 and 4 Thornley Close, adjacent to Nos. 6 to 9 Thornley Close and adjacent to Nos. 1 to 42 Blayton Walk;
Shelbourne Road: outside Nos. 14 to 20, outside Nos. 22 to 30, disabled bay outside No. 60, outside No. 62, outside Nos. 64 to 68;
(b) introduce new resident permit holders parking places outside (on the carriageway) and opposite (half on the carriageway and half on the footway) Roberts Burns House in Northumberland Park, both operating at zone hours;
(c) shorten the length of existing parking places outside Nos. 1 to 42 Blayton Walk in Northumberland Park and outside Nos. 13 to 14 Fenman Court in Shelbourne Road;
(d) remove existing parking places outside Nos. 72 to 76 Lansdowne Road and adjacent to No. 1 Scotswood Walk in Northumberland Park
(e) introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions operating 'at any time' at the following locations:-Fenman Court: at its junction with Shelbourne Road;
Lansdowne Road: outside Nos. 72 to 76;
Northumberland Park, at its junction with Willoughby Lane and between its junction with Willoughby Lane and opposite Haynes Close;
Shelbourne Road: at its junction with Fenman Court; Willoughby Lane: at its junction with Northumberland Park
3. Copies of the proposed Orders and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders and a plan showing the location and effects of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1 st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 8HQ or to traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
