Notice is hereby given that We, Manor House (1707) Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as The Manor House West End Sedgefield TS21 2BW for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Regulated Entertainment Mon-Thurs & Sun 08:00–23:00 Fri & Sat 08:00–23:30, Sale of Alcohol Mon-Sun 08:00–23:30 The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS between Mon-Fri from 8.30am to 4.30pm by appt.Tel:03000 261016. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing to:Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by 03 Sept 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application & the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
