Notice is hereby given that, we, Stejarul Ltd have made an application to the London Borough of Harrow for a Premises Licence for Stejarul Ltd, 3 Kenton Park Parade, Kenton Road, HA3 8DQ for the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 06:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Head of Community and Public Protection, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre PO Box 18, Station Road Harrow Middlesex HA1 2UT (licensing@harrow.gov.uk) by 09/09/2018 specifying the grounds of objection. Copies of any objections will be sent to the applicant for their consideration and comment. Persons objecting to the grant of the licence may be invited to attend a public hearing. It is an offence knowingly and recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
