We Lea Bridge Coffee Shop Ltd have applied to WALTHAM FOREST COUNCIL for a premises licence at the premises: 801 Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, London E17 9DS. In order that the following licensable activities can take place on or from the premises: Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00 until 23:00, Alcohol in Coffees/Hot Drinks* 'Monday to Sunday 07:00 until 09:00, Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 23:30. Waltham Forest Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Section, Community Protection Services, Magistrates Building, 1 Faman Avenue, Walthamstow, London E17 4NX, Tel 020 8 496 226G where details of the application may be inspected. The office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than Monday 27th August 2018. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises or bodies representing such residents or businesses may make representations. The grounds on which representations may be made are restricted to the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Representations cannot be made after the provisional statement has been issued. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.
