Steven Novak has applied to Wandsworth Council to make the following variation to their licence at Cattle Grid, 1 Balham Station Road, Balham, London SW12 9SG as follows: To extend licensed hours for sale of alcohol Thurs, Fri & Sat from 11 pm till midnight. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU or by email licensingewandsworth.gov.uk by 8.9.2018. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Wandsworth Council (Environmental Services), Technical Services Reception, 5th Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority may be viewed on the Council's Website www.wandsworth.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale of £5,000 under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
