Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U93212 Henwood Road, Dilwyn, Temporary Closure Order 2018 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U93212, Henwood Road, Dilwyn, outside Henwood Farm OS Grid Ref: 341274/255320. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U93213 Upper Haven onto the C1083 onto the C1084 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to essential tree trimming works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 21st August 2018 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
