NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U80105, Lichfield Avenue, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U80105, Lichfield Avenue, Hereford, at the junction with Ledbury Road. Grid Ref: 352198 / 239896. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Eign Road onto Ledbury Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to safe access to excavate trial holes works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 28th of August 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
