APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that Cheshire East Council have applied on 7th August 2018 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The Mansion House & Grounds, Tatton Park, Knutsford, WA16 6QN to vary the premises licence to include Plays, Live Music, Recorded Music & Dance outdoors Monday to Sunday 10:00 hours to 23:00 hours; and to extend the licensable area. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 4th September 2018 to: The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Council, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council and may be viewed at any time during office hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
