DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES - SCHEDULE 197 The Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.11) Traffic Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 13 August 2018 made the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to:
a) Revoke the disabled parking places in the vicinity of No. 24 Addiscombe Avenue, Croydon, No. 13 Charlton Gardens, Coulsdon, No. 81 Dundee Road, South Norwood, No. 141 Fairchildes Avenue, New Addington, No. 99 Holmesdale Road, South Norwood, No.
22 Huntly Road, South Norwood, No. 53 Melfort Road, Thornton Heath, No. 153a Moffat Road, Thornton Heath, No. 23 Naseby Road, Upper Norwood, No. 33 Oaklands Avenue, Thornton Heath, No. 9 Ravenswood Road, Croydon, No. 23 Sunnydene Road, Purley, and No. 4 Wrights Road, South Norwood.
b) Designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in:

Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
