PUBLIC NOTICE SOLVAY INTEROX LTD Variation of existing Hazardous Substances Consent The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 6)
Notice is hereby given that Solvay Interox Ltd is applying to Warrington Borough Council to vary its existing Hazardous Substances Consent at its Lower Walton Manufacturing site at Baronet Road, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 6HA due to a number of small changes on site of the storage of existing hazardous substances. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Solvay Interox Ltd’s Baronet Road Security Gate-Office during normal office hours until Friday 31st August 2018 after which the application will be formally submitted to Warrington Borough Council. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application for a variation should write to Warrington Borough Council Development Control, 3rd Floor, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington Cheshire, WA1 2NH between Monday 3rd September 2018 and Wednesday 3rd October 2018.
