We Nicky Colllnge do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence Certificate at known as Prohibition Wine and Champagne Lounge, 71 Station Road, LL319DF, Deganwy

The application is to: Extend opening hours to;

Monday 11.30am -23.00pm,

Tuesday 11.30am - 23.00pm,

Wednesday 11.30am - 23.00pm

For the sale of alcohol and recorded music.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application

may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic

Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the

date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this

date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000._
