NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 & PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14 CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL AMBROSDEN BRIDLEWAY No.6 (PART) DIVERSION ORDER 2015
On 5 August 2015 Cherwell District Council confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert that section of Ambrosden Bridleway No.6 which runs from land adjacent the B4011 Thame Road and A41 junction at grid ref SP 60974, 20 388 (point A on the order map) in a south west direction to grid ref SP 60968, 20384 (point B on the order map), thence in a south westerly direction to grid ref SP 60955, 20371 (point C on map), thence in a south west by south direction to grid ref SP 60948, 20361 (point D on the order map), thence in a south west by south direction to grid ref SP 60941, 20350 (point E on the order map), thence in a south westerly direction to grid ref SP 60926, 20331 (point F on the order map) thence in a south westerly direction to grid ref SP 60903, 20306 (point G on the order map) onto a new line which runs from adjacent the B4011 Thame Road at grid ref SP 60979, 20365 (point H on the order map) in a west south west direction for approximately 7 metres to grid ref SP 60972, 20364 (point I on the order map), thence in a south by east direction for approximately 15 metres to grid ref SP 60978, 20349 (point J on the order map), thence in a west south west direction for approximately 31 metres to grid ref SP 60948, 20338 (point K on the order map), thence in a south by west direction for approximately 14 metres to grid ref SP 60946, 20324 (point L on the order map), thence in a west by south direction for approximately 25 metres to grid ref SP 60924, 20319 (point M on the order map), thence in a south west by west direction for approximately 25 metres to grid ref SP 60903, 20306 (point N on the order map), where it meets the line of the existing bridleway. The width is 5 metres.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at Cherwell District Council Offices, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury and Market Square, Bicester from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be bought there at the price of fifty pence.
The Order will come into force on the date that Cherwell District Council certifies that the terms of article 2 of the Order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order decides to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published in accordance with paragraph 7 of schedule 14 to that Act.
