THE LICENSING ACT 2003:
Wibsey Booze Shack Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on the 2/08/2018 for a licence to use the premises at 98 High Street, Wibsey, Bradford. BD6 1NB for sale of alcohol, Monday to Sunday, 12:00 hours to 22:00 hours. Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Department of Place 3rd Floor Argus Chambers Hall Ings Bradford BD1 1HX by 31/8/2018. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 am - 17.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 09.00 - 16.30pm Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a unlimited fine.
