Notice is hereby given that I, Mrs Hang Meng, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as GORSE GARDEN 2-4 FRONT STREET ANNFIELD PLAIN DH9 8HY for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 24:00 Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 17:00 – 23:30, Friday and Saturday 11:30 – 14:00, 17:00 – 23:30 and Sunday 17:00 – 23:30. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by 29 August 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
