APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that I, Boxed Ltd have applied on 31/7/2018 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence for Crowded House 626 Manchester Road, Bury BL9 9SU

To remove the following conditions from the premises licence: 3/ Customers will be prevented from leaving the interior of the premises with alcoholic drinks in glasses or bottles. 4/ Table and Chairs and any other outdoor furniture located outside the premises, must be removed, and stored away in a safe area not accessible to trie public each evening, no later than 1900hrs. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 OEJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to 5000 on summary conviction.
