Premises Licence Application

Application has been made by Trust Inns Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Warrington Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Stocks Inn at Station Road, Padgate, Warrington, WA2 0QS.The application includes the following terms:- I.To draw forward the opening hour of the premises to 7am daily for the purpose of a breakfast service, no variation to the current commencement hour for the provision of licensable activities are proposed. 2. To seek approval to changes the approved licensing plan to reflect internal alterations and the inclusion of external areas within the licence area, as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 3.To vary the conditions of the licence, as detailed in the licensing application lodged with the Licensing Authority. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington.WA I 2NH.A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 28th August 2018 (www.warrington.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
