1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 9 August 2018 made the above Order under sections 6, and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Amendment

Order will be to introduce and revoke lengths of yellow lines and loading restrictions as set out in the schedule to this notice.
3. Copies of the Order, which come in to force on 13 August 2018, plans showing the location and effect of the Order and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/047, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE
Hampton Road and Walpole Road, Twickenham
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") at the junction of Hampton Road and Walpole Road, Twickenham.
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in Hampton Road, on its south-eastern side, between its junction with Walpole Road and a point outside No 7 Hampton Road, and on its north­eastern side between Nos 18 and
22 Hampton Road._
To upgrade the existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") at the junction of Raleigh Road and Windham Road,
Richmond._
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in Sandy Lane, Teddington from the south-eastern end of Shaef Way and at the Sandy
Lane/Sheaf Way junction._
To introduce a length of double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") outside the Greenwood Centre. To introduce a 2.3 metre length of double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in Waldegrave Park
outside No 20A._
To introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") at the junction of wensleydale Gardens and Wensleydale Road._
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restriction Fulwell Road, Teddington
(Ref: 18/168)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they intend

to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Fulwell Road, Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Fulwell Road, from a point outside No 143 Fulwell Road to a point outside No 153 Fulwell Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 3 September 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 3 September 2018 until 7 September 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Third Cross Road, Twickenham
(Ref: 18/164)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe repairs, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Third Cross Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place

(a) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Third Cross Road, from its junction with Staines Road to a point outside No. 76 Third Cross Road; and

(b) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Third Cross Road, from a point outside Nos 78-80 Third Cross Roped to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 90 and 94 Third Cross Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 20 August 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 20 August 2018 until 23 August 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Staines Road, First Cross Road and Hampton Road and via Hampton Road, Second Cross Road and Staines Road.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

I. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames proposes to make the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
>. The general effect of the One-Way Streets Order will be to remove the extent of one-way working in Holly Road between its junction with London Road and a point 20 metres west of the western kerb-line of Grosvenor Road.
3. Copies of the proposed Order, a plan showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Coleshill Road, Teddington.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Coleshill Road, from its junction with Queens Road, westwards to a point outside No 79 Coleshill Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 26 August 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 08.00 and 17.30 on 26 August 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
