The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice, it is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
