First Date of Display of this Notice: 01 August 2018 Notice is given that llhin Gulan has applied to London Borough of Bexley for the grant of a PREMISES LICENCE in respect of the premises known as: Hie Bam situated at: 94 Bellagiwe Bold, Welling, Baadey, DA18 3QD The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities:
the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on the premises;
late night refreshment;
the provision of regulated entertainment;
The regulated entertainment would comprise of: Recorded Music
It is proposed that the maximum number of persons to be
accommodated at the premises will be 150; and the earliest and latest
hour that licensable activities will be provided at the premises are:
Sunday to Thursday batman 11:00 to 23:00 hours
Friday and Saturday between 11:00 to 00:00 hours
Any "Other Persons" or "Responsible Authority" may make
representations in writing to this application no later than 28 days from
the first date of display of this notice to:

Under the Licensing Act it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a fine not
