Notice to Members, Creditors and Beneficiaries under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended), notice is given that any Member, Creditor or other person having a claim against or entitlement under the European Pensions Management Scheme {APP) (the "Scheme") are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees of the Scheme, do Suffolk Life Pensions Limited, 153 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1QJ on or before 10th October 2018. Such particulars should include full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and dates of entry into membership of the Scheme.
Following this, the Trustees will complete winding-up of the Scheme and will have regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they then shall not have had notice.
