TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC Morton on Swale to Thrintoft to Ainderby Steeple Road, Morton-On-Swale, Order 2018, No. 315

We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the Morton On Swale to Thrintoft to Ainderby Steeple Road, Morton on Swale for a temporary period of 9 days (subject to access to premises) between 17/08/18 & 25/08/18, in order to facilitate renewal works on the level crossing - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.

We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Ainderby Road, Romanby for a temporary period of 2 days (subject to access

to premises) between 18/08/18 & 19/08/18,

because of resurfacing works within Network Rail boundaries of the level crossing - the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.

Public Footpath 10.140/3/1, Stokesley, Order 2018, No. 98

Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 10.140/3/1 Stokesley between grid reference NZ52480932 & NZ52450958 due to construction of 225 dwellings and associated infrastructure and likelihood of danger to the public has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 11 /02/19 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. The further continuation of the closure will be put into effect by notices and signs. An alternative route will be signed on site.
