Keystone Entertainment Ltd is applying for the variation to a Premises Licence for The Bank Cocktail Lounge & Events, 18 High Street, Amesbury, Wiltshire, SN4 7DB.
A summary of the details of the variation are as follows:
Update the plans attached to the licence;
Amend two of the conditions on the licence;
Remove one of the conditions on the licence;
Amend the hours for recorded music (Indoors) and opening hours: Thursday 08:00-01:00/ Friday-Saturday 08:00-02:30/Bank Holidays & Christmas Eve 08:00-02:30/ New Year's Eve 08:00 to start of business the following day.)
Amend the hours for sale of alcohol (ON & OFF Sales): (Sunday-Wednesday 12:00-00:00/Thursday 12:00-01:00/Friday-Saturday 12:00-02:30/ Bank Holidays & Christmas Eve 12:00-02:30/ New Year's Eve 12:00 to start of business the following day.)

It is an offence under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
