Joseph Horley applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 12/8/2015 for a licence to use the premises at Northgate Bistro, 36 Northgate, Bradford, BD1 3SN for the sale of alcohol by retail. sale for consumption on or off the premises to be extended from 08.00 - 19.00 Mon -Sat and 10.00 - 19.00 sun, to the new times of 07.00 - 20.00 Mon - Sat and 09.00 - 20.00 Sun. Representations should be made in writing to the Enviromental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 11/8/2015. Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Mon-Thurs and 09.00 - 16.30 Fri. It is an offence to knowling or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application with carries a maximum fine of £5000.
