THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 247 of the Town I and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping up of the highway described in the First Schedule of this Notice.
 
THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 by the London Borough of Wandsworth on 2 May 2018 under local planning authority reference 2017/5818.
COPIES OF THE ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE between 09:00 and 17:00 during a period of 28 days commencing 2 August 2018 at the Planning and Development offices at Disraeli House, 2 Adelaide Road, London SW18 1DA.
ANY PERSON aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of Thursday 2 August 2018, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
THE FIRST SCHEDULE Areas of Highway to be Stopped Up
That part of Yelverton Road, London SW11 3SL, consisting of an area of 96.69m2 running from a point south to north on the east side of 58-70 York Rd for a distance of 17m to a point east | to west on the north side of 58-70 York Rd along Yelverton Rd for a distance of 35m.

The construction of a mixed use development plus basement, providing office floorspace at ground and basement levels with residential units on upper floor levels with access to landscaped amenity deck; with parking spaces, and cycle parking spaces located at basement level; public realm improvements to York Road, Yelverton Road and Badric Court; and associated works.
