1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 31 July 2018, under the powers conferred by sections 6, 45,46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, made the above mentioned Orders.
2. The general effect of the above mentioned 'Free Parking Places' Orders will be to: -
(a) designate parking places on the carriageway at the locations listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice in which vehicles authorised by the 'Disabled Persons' Order may be left for any period without charge;
(b) formalise the existing parking places at the locations listed in Schedule 2 to this Notice in which vehicles authorised by the 'Disabled Persons' Order may be left for any period without charge;
(c) revoke the Orders listed in Schedule 3 in this notice and re-enact their provisions in relation to existing parking places;
(d) provide that the parking places will operate at all times, unless otherwise stated;
(e) specify, in respect of the parking places, that vehicles displaying in the relevant position, a disabled persons badge (commonly referred to as "the Blue Badge") issued by any local authority under the provisions of the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) Regulations 2000 may be left therein;
(f) provide that certain vehicles may wait in the parking places in certain circumstances, e.g. to allow persons to board or alight (maximum 2 minutes), to load or unload (maximum 20 minutes), etc;
(g) revoke the disabled persons parking places at the locations listed in Schedule 4 to this Notice.
3. The general effect of the "Parking Places Amendment" Orders will be to:-
(a) shorten in length or remove existing permit parking places in Cecil Road, SW19, Effra Road, SW19, Crescent Gardens, SW19, Nursery Road, SW19, Kenilworth Avenue, SW19, and Wolseley Avenue, SW19 to facilitate the installation of disabled persons parking places in those roads; and
(b) increase in length certain permit parking places in Revelstoke Road following the removal of a disabled parking place.
4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 13 August 2018, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at: Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Order.
2. The general effect of the above mentioned "Free Parking Places" Order would be to revoke the disabled persons parking places at the locations listed in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
4. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The effect of the Order would be to revoke the Merton (Parking Places) (GC2) Order 2018 and re-introduce its provisions with amendments to include Carlingford Gardens, between No. 1 Carlingford Gardens and No. 29 Carlingford Gardens inclusive, within controlled parking zone "GC2".
3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan which indicates the lengths of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
4. LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON VSW1 CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES) (VSW1) (NO. 2) ORDER 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 30 July 2018, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the 'VSW1 Parking Places' Order will be to revoke the Merton (Parking Places) (VSW1) Order 2018 and reintroduce its provisions with the following amendments:-
(a) a 2 hour maximum parking period will be introduced to the existing parking places specified in the Schedule to this Order so that a vehicle displaying a valid parking ticket or for which payment has been made using "pay by phone" may be left in one of those parking places during the permitted hours for up to 2 hours, with no return for 1 hour; and
(b) the teacher permit criteria will be more fully detailed.
3. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 13 August 2018, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including a plan specifying the lengths of road affected by the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 30 July 2018, made the above-mentioned Orders under the powers conferred by sections 45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to convert sections of existing parking places, in lengths of roads generally fronting the locations referred to in the Schedule to this notice, to single yellow line waiting restrictions matching the operational times of the controlled parking zone operating at each of those locations to facilitate proposed vehicle crossovers.
3. A copy of each of the Orders, which will come into force on 13 August 2018, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans specifying the lengths of roads affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.
