Mrs. Judy Ann Kenworthy Deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 notice is hereby given that all creditors or others having any claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Mrs. Judy Ann Kenworthy (deceased) late of The Red House, 43 Skinners Lane, Ashtead, Surrey KT21 2NN who died on 2nd November 2016 and whose Will was proved in the High Court of Justice, Principal Registry of the Family Division, on 18th July 2018 by Mr. Richard John Stafford Ingham as the sole proving Executor thereof



are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned by 3rd October 2018 after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice and will not be liable for the assets of the Deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
