SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT SPEED CUSHIONS, DURLEIGH ROAD, BRIDGWATER, SEDGEMOOR

NOTICE Is hereby given that the County Council in exercise of the powers under sections 90(A) and 90(C) of the Highway Act 1980 as amended and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999, as amended, intend to construct speed cushions on □urleigh Road.

The speed cushions will not exceed 75 millimetres in maximum height.

A copy of the public notice and the plans showing the location of the speed cushions may be inspected at (Somerset County Council, A Block Reception, County Hall, Taunton, and online at www.somerset.gov.uk/roads-parking-and-transport/ road-works/tro

Any person requiring further information regarding the above scheme should make such request in writing, quoting reference number AB20072018 to Somerset County Council, Traffic Management, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY.

SCHEDULE 1 Location of Speed Cushions □urleigh Road, Bridgwater - At the point 48 metres west of its junction with Lower Woodlands Approach.
