Public Notice Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given by Jayne Marie Hancock of Fields Lodge Bed & Breakfast, Herbrandston, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire SA73 3TE that on the 23rd July 2018 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence.

The application is in respect of the premises Fields Lodge Bed & Breakfast, Herbrandston, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. The application relates to the sale of alcohol.

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 20th August 2018 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the

Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.
