Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, Hungerdown Lane Chippenham SN14 0JW for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. The copy of the application may be inspected at The Licensing Authority, Wiltshire Council, Public Health 8 Protection, Monkton Park Chippenham SNt5 IER between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) please arrange an appointment to ensure an Officer is available. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximumfine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
