NOTICE is hereby given that I, Henry Baxendell have applied on 1st August 2018 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Plumley Honey House, Plumley Moor Road, Plumley, Cheshire, WA16 0TZ for a Premises License to provide the following licensable activities: Sale and retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 29th August 2018 to: The Licensing Section, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Borough Council at the address above by prior appointment during normal office hours. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
