BOROUGH AND THE COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES TRAFFIC ORDER (PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 1996 SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURE MACAULAY ROAD

The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that from 7.30pm on Monday 20 August 2018 no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along that part of Macaulay Road affected by the closure, i.e., from its junction with Lower Blandford Road for approximately 30 metres. A diversion will be signed. This temporary closure is necessary for the laying of duct work in the carriageway and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said road shall be prohibited on the above date.

contravention of the Order will be liable on summary

conviction to a fine not exceeding £1000.
