HYSBYSIR trwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a fydd a'r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:

Lon Ddi-enw rhwng Bwthyn Cwmleyshon a Dyffryn-Tawel Caerffili. Ni fydd yn bosibl cadw mynediad i gerddwyr a seiclwyr. Cedwir mynediad i Gerbydau'r Gwasanaethau Brys.

Disgwylir i'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig ddechrau ar ddydd Llun 13eg Awst 2018 am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na deunaw mis neu nes bod y gweithfeydd wedi eu cwblhau, p'un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau erbyn dydd Gwener 24ain Awst

2018.

Bydd llwybr amgen ar gael drwy ffyrdd lleol.

Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw i ganiatau torri coed.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn gan 'Forest Traffic Services Ltd'.

Temporary Prohibition Driving Order 2018

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit driving along :

Unnamed lane between Cwmleyshon Cottage and Dyffryn-Tawel Caerphilly It will not be possible to maintain access for pedestrians or cyclists. Emergency Service Vehicle access will be maintained.

The proposed Order will commence on Monday 13th August 2018 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed

by Friday 24th August 2018.

An alternative route will be available via local roads.

The reason for making the Order is to allow tree cutting.

The Order is required by Forest Traffic Services
