NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Janilaine Marie Mainprize, Lockton Tearooms & Gallery, Hudgin Lane, Lockton, Pickering, YO1 8 7PZ. Application has been made on the 30th of July 2018 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:-
1 ) To add the "on sales" of alcohol onto the premises licence.
2) The new hours for the sale of alcohol (on and off sales), 09:00 to 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday, 1 0:00 to 18:00 hours Sundays and Bank Holidays.
3) The premises to be open to the public as per the above hours for the sale of alcohol.

Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, old Malton Road, Malton, Yo17 7zG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 27th of August 2018). lt is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
