To Whom It May Concern: We GWINLLAN CONWY LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at Y GWINWYDD, LLANGWSTENIN, LLANDUDNO JUNCTION, LL31 9JF known as GWINLLAN CONWY LTD The application is to:- amend operating hours to 9.00 - 00.00 for the sale of alcohol both on and off premises daily and apply for regulated entertainment between the hours 09.00 - 00.00. Any Person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
